SARL ETAHG is a limited liability company (SARL) under Algerian law, established in 1997, with its registered office at Cité 400 Logements, Sidi Abbaz, Bounoura, in the wilaya of Ghardaïa. Its equipment depot is in Djelfa. Its own quarry and stone crushing plant, Carrière Djellal El Gharbi, is at Oued Sdeur, near Aïn El Ibel, south of Djelfa: the company extracts the rock and crushes it into high-quality fine aggregates. The short name ETAHG is used in all languages.
The company built its fleet of excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, vibratory rollers, asphalt pavers, bitumen distributor and tankers, trucks and semi-trailers to build roads, and has completed road projects in many regions of Algeria. It has since opened this fleet to other companies through rental and leasing, offers the initialization of new projects with its machines, and drills water wells with its own truck-mounted rig.
The group also includes EURL KAYLE KENNY, a heavy-duty spare parts company with a store and parts depot in Mohammadia, Algiers.
02Development
From road builder to multi-service partner
Since 1997, ETAHG has grown as a road builder that invested in its own means of production. Building roads required trucks, earthmoving machines, graders, rollers, bitumen equipment, pavers and large quantities of aggregates; owning them, and the quarry the aggregates come from, allowed the company to plan its own works.
Today those same means are offered as services in their own right. Contractors can rent or lease the machines, buy fine aggregates from the crushing plant, ask ETAHG to open a new site, or have a water well drilled. International companies can combine these services with ETAHG’s road-building experience in a single cooperation.

Why our locations matter
Ghardaïa, where the company is registered, lies in the M’zab valley of the northern Sahara, a gateway to the south of the country. Djelfa, home of our equipment depot, is on the High Plateaus at the transition between the steppe and the Sahara, on the RN1, the main north–south road linking Algiers to the Sahara. Our own quarry and crushing plant at Oued Sdeur, near Aïn El Ibel, south of Djelfa, produces fine aggregates in the same region. Our group company EURL KAYLE KENNY supplies spare parts from Algiers.
For a partner, this footprint means a fleet based on the country’s main north–south corridor, aggregate production on the High Plateaus, and parts supply from the capital: a position between the north and the Saharan south.
